BBQ Chicken Dinner

Quickly becoming a Renaissance Club tradition, our most recent dinner event was a smashing success! The BBQ chicken was available as the traditional grilled and sauced style or slowly smoked with apple wood. Both were done to perfection! Side items included delicious baked beans, homemade potato salad, Cajun style smoked corn with a roll and butter. Many decided to eat at the club and enjoy an "inside picnic" while other decided to take their meals out.
