Chicken-Beef Chowder!

Chicken-beef chowder is quickly becoming another Renaissance Club tradition. We have sold out each and every time we have made this favorite of the Twin Cities! Using Scott McKnight's secrete recipe, and help from many club members, we have been producing a chowder like no other. Thick and loaded with beef, chicken and vegetables it is quickly being recognized in the area as a superb chowder for our members and guests to enjoy. Eat in or take out.

November 15, 2014 was our last sale of the season. Due to the popularity of our chowder we decided to prepare two kettles totaling 160 quarts! It was cold but the crew - Scott, Tony, Larry, Billy and Dave worked throughout the day starting at 9 am. As the time arrived to serve, we were told by many that they could smell that delectable Western New York treat blocks away from the clubhouse!
